There have been changes to the BSEN13120:2009 standard relating to child safety and
internal corded products.
From now on ALL made to measure corded/chain operated blind, track and pole orders will require an installation height at the time of order.
If no installation height can be provided then a standard cord drop of 1mtr will be supplied.
