Haven't had a chance to fit tracks yet but I must say the were extremely well packaged.

Excellent service - turned up faster than promised and exactly the size I'd ordered. Which, sadly, wasn't the size I needed - entirely my error. I emailed asking if it could be cut down, and had a quick response. Jonathan ran through the process and all is in order.
Very happy with SG-S, but I suggest you measure more carefully than I did.

However, curtain rail now up and functional. Fantastic. I have now reached the ripe old age of 80 and over the years have struggled to make anything of all the the curtain hanging arrangements I have tried. Why have I never heard of you?! You should use Womans Weekly, women know how to make husbands do what they wanted them to do!
Woman & Home, good housekeeping, and any DIY periodical, but get the name spread around. Write an article for one of them, and save a lot of torn hair, short finger nails, domestic squabbles etc.!

Excellent service, good communication, product arrived on time and fitted perfectly.

I needed a new track to replace the existing one that bent under the weight of the new curtains we had bought. After research and contacting SG-S I decided on the 3900 which arrived quickly, well packed and already assembled. The only slight problem was aligning the 5 brackets to the track at the same time, however a little fiddling with the position soon sorted that out.

The curtains move freely and without snagging. The only thing I regret was not specifying extra Gliders. 10 per metre is too few in my opinion. 13 would be far better.
